Newsletters
Board members can upload their newsletters. It can be any kind of file, pdf, doc, html, jpg, etc. When the newsletter is uploaded, the user is asked if they want to email the newsletter to registered users in the neighborhood. Users can choose to only receive their newsletters via email which will save the hoa the printing costs.

Documents
Board Members can post up to five documents that are helpful to the neighborhood. Examples are the Bylaws and Restrictions for the neighborhood.

Services
Any registered user with the neighborhood can post their own service, for example, lawn mowing, baby sitting, or professional services, such as accounting or legal.
Children can only post a service for themselves. Adults can post services for themselves, their spouse, and their children. Board Members can post a service on behalf of anyone in the neighborhood.

Pictures
Board members can upload five pictures. They can change these pictures as often as they want. A caption can be added to each picture. For security, a note is placed under the picture identifying the board member that placed it there. All pictures can be clicked on to enlarge them.

Links
Board Members can post as many helpful links as they want. Ideas for these links are links to the city, state, school district, local utility providers, local newspapers and news channels, etc.

Blockwatch
If your neighborhood participates in a blockwatch program, board members can assign the role of Captain to residents. All users registered with your neighborhood can view these captains online.

Board/Committee Members
Board Members can manage all aspects of the board. They can create positions, assign residents to positions, and order positions so they appear on the screen correctly. HOAMS was designed to allow sharing of one board member position so you can have many people responsible for one position.
