As a board member, you can configure an HOA Dues due date, and an invoice date. For example, if the dues are due on January 1 and you want the residents to get the bill 6 weeks prior to being due, you can set the invoice date to be October 15. Invoices will be automatically created for you the night of the 14th. An email will be sent to the board members to notify them that invoices are ready. You can then print the invoices and labels and mail them out to residents.
Residents that have registered (for FREE) for an account with your neighborhood will also receive an email that they have a bill due. Additionally, when they login, they will get a notice of the invoice until it has been paid.
Board members can also enter notes on accounts to keep track of special circumstances. For example, if a resident asks for an installment plan, or requests an extended due date.
